To realize the sustainable value in spatial design, we have prioritized the use of environmentally friendly materials under all possible scenarios. As a result, around 80% of furniture and accessories are made from recycled materials, reducing carbon emissions by around 3 tonnes. Additionally, most finishing materials have minimized secondary processing and used naturally decomposed or recyclable materials to reduce industrial waste. To create a sustainable community space, we focused on designing a flexible space where people can initiate various activities. In addition to using environmentally friendly materials, the modular design applied to all furniture and lighting allows for a lasting modification of the space, as it is easy to move and transform according to the desired use.
