    HomeLane's online / virtual meetings allow you to meet our design experts from the comfort of your home. We show you live 3D designs for your floor plan, and help you finalise interior designs for your new home, without having to meet us at our experience center.

  • Do I need to download any applications for the online meeting?

    You don't have to download any additional applications, except an internet browser like Google Chrome. Our relationship manager shares a link with you to access the online meeting. Click on it, and you'll be online with us.

  • Who am I meeting online?

    You'll be meeting one of our design experts in a virtual meeting.

  • Can more than one person join online?

    Yes, you can share the link with your family members to invite them into the meeting.

  • Will I get 3D designs after the meeting?

    In the online meeting, we will take you through a live 3D design demonstration. Your design expert will share the discussed 3D designs with you over email, after the meeting.

  • My partner and I are in different places. Can we both join the same online consultation?

    Yes, you can.

  • How long does an online meeting last?

    Our online design consultations are quite detailed and take 60-90 mins on an average. For effective discussion about your home interiors, we recommend our customers to take some time out of their busy schedules for this.

  • What do I need to attend this online meeting?

    Your live 3D designs are best viewed on a PC or laptop screen. We don't recommend viewing the designing process and design ideas on mobile.
